Special machines can utilize already T-DRILL-proven technologies such as collaring, chipless cutting, flanging, or tube end forming. This will also give all the benefits of T-DRILL methods with customized machines.

Special machines may also include readymade solutions: For example, workpiece handling by the robot.

Special machine projects are specified together with customers and T-DRILL will take full responsibility for customized machines including design, development, automation, manufacturing, assembly, Industry 4.0 readiness, remote connection, documentation, Factory, and Site Acceptance Tests installation, training, commissioning, and service agreements.

ADVANTAGES OF T-DRILL FLANGING METHOD

  • Lips and flanges are formed directly on the end of the tube – a system that saves typically 70% in both time and costs compared with traditional weld neck flange connections and completely eliminates the need for X-Ray inspection.
  • After the T-DRILL flanging process, there’s no risk of welding or brazing fractures, the result is always precise and high quality.
