Our goal is to reduce emissions from our operations by 50% by 2028 – especially in sourcing, logistics, and deliveries. We’ve already taken multiple steps towards that direction and have a plan in place to complete our goal successfully.
People
T-DRILL strives to be a fair, inclusive, and safe employer, supporting employee well-being and work ability. In 2025, we earned the Great Place to Work certification, which reflects our positive employee engagement and workplace culture.

Our products are known for their long lifetime, but that’s not all. Studies show our method has a positive impact on the world: on an annual level, our methods save up to 144,400 kg CO₂e. This is thanks to our technologies that require significantly less work and materials compared to traditional methods.

WHAT WE’RE DOING TODAY
Sustainability is an ongoing commitment. We are taking continuous steps toward a more sustainable future and steadily moving closer to our goals. Our values, trust, teamwork, and transparency, are guiding all our actions.
Our focus area for environmental responsibility is transportation and logistics, as that’s where we have the most room for improvement. We’ve set a goal to halve our operational emissions by 2028, and we’re well on our way towards that goal.
We source most of our components locally, and we have our own component manufactory located just 15 kilometers from our headquarters. To cut down the commute, we opened an office in Seinäjoki, where many T-DRILLians live. We’re also increasing the number of stock machines to be able to deliver quickly without air freight.

People are our biggest strength. Promoting positive work environment and overall wellbeing of our personnel has been an integral part of T-DRILL’s strategy for years. We regularly survey our employee satisfaction and improve the areas highlighted in the results. Today, we have the Great Place to Work certification, proving we are on the right track.
We are especially proud of the T-DRILL method. Our method is inherently more sustainable compared to traditional methods, due to the savings in time, materials, and waste. Our machines are also known for their long lifetime, thanks to careful design and assembly, as well as our professional maintenance services.
