The semiconductor sector benefits especially from our TEC-220 and F-420e machines. Our collaring and flanging technologies are ideal for process cooling water (PWC) systems: The TEC-220 collaring machine delivers fast, reliable manifold collars for frequently used tubing sizes. An additional automatic positioning system (APS) is perfect for manufacturing larger tubes. The F-420e flanging machine adds clean flanged ends, with no need for secondary processing like cutting or welding.

Whenever welding is still needed, T-InWeld welding machine works in unison with T-DRILL collarsand is great for other connection types as well. The machine makes consistently smooth and perfect seams – thanks to the internal welding process. T-InWeld works from the inside of the tube, so the quality is easy to see from the outside, and the seams are optimal for high-purity tubing systems.
