T-DRILL has published a new Sustainability Report. Based on data from the 2025 fiscal year, the report covers the following areas: climate impacts, environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and good governance. Through real figures and transparent reporting, it outlines where we currently stand in each area and the objectives we have set for the future.

The first ESG report in which T-DRILL participated was published in 2024.

“Maintaining regular sustainability reporting is important to us in general, but especially in light of our recent strong growth, we felt it was important to provide a more detailed view of our own sustainability performance and progress”, says Managing Director Jouni Matikainen.

The report reveals that T-DRILL’s Scope 1 emissions and location-based Scope 2 emissions have decreased by 38% compared to 2024. T-DRILL also once again earned the Great Place to Work certification™, which now covers the company’s U.S. subsidiary as well.

“A great deal of positive progress has been made. At the same time, we recognize that sustainability work is never fully complete. It requires continuous commitment and improvement. We will therefore continue to follow the commitments, plans, and principles outlined in the report, while actively seeking new sustainability initiatives that help us move toward our 2030 goals.”
