The T-DRILL TCC-25 TPS is a special system for cutting copper tubing from coil. After cutting, one tube end is fully automatically closed by spinning operation.

The system consists of T-DRILL standard TCC-25 Automatic Chipless Rotary tube cut-off machine. It takes the tubing from coil, straightens it and cuts to length. After that, the tubes are guided to a single (the leading tube end only) Tube End Spinning Station automatically. Since TCC-25 can cut the tubes very fast into length, the spinning station incorporates two separate spinning units in order to increase rate of production.
