Team leader in the automation department

You will work at our head office in Laihia as part of an extensive team of experts and report to the R&D manager. You will participate in the sales and bidding phase of projects to determine the level and cost of automation. Together with your team, you are responsible for developing the automation of the company in collaboration with the rest of the organization.

In addition, your tasks include project automation planning and implementation, from pre-design to commissioning, all the way to maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in electrical, automation, or mechanical engineering
Several years of experience in automation design in industrial and/or engineering environments
Willingness to take responsibility and work in diverse and challenging roles
Good collaboration skills and an inspiring approach to work
Participation in project planning in all phases of the project
Experience in project work and as an automation designer
Good knowledge of programmable logics and industrial PCs
Experience in leadership and teamwork skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
