Once again T-DRILL will have machines in action at an exhibition. We are bringing collaring machine S-80, collaring unit HFT-2000SS, and portable collaring machine T-65 to the stand. Also, you get to see our state of the art flanging machine F-420e at out booth.
The Collaring Machine S-80 with Automatic Tool Changer and Fully Servo Controlled Process is extremely fast and highly effective machine for both Stainless Steel and Copper pipes.
Globally the first of its kind, T-DRILL’s revolutionary Flanging Machine F-420e, is by far the most advanced flanging machine on the market – implemented with entirely programmable servo technology.
T-DRILL HFT-2000 SS is used in conjunction with the T-DRILL T-65 SS collaring machine for small volume Stainless Steel manifold production. The Hand Feed Table (HFT) is capable of producing collars O.D. 17–54 mm (¾” – 2″) in run tubes O.D. 32–114 mm (1 ¼” – 4″).
The powerful T-DRILL T-65 SS is an ideal portable solution for making tee joints of 17–54 mm (3/4” – 2″ O.D.) in main run tubes up to 114,3 mm (4” O.D.) in just a couple of minutes. While maintaining equal quality to commercial tee fittings the T-65 SS increase efficiency by eliminating: Cutting of the pipe, Two of the three welded joints, and the fitting cost.
